  • Walden: Blonde Ale hopped with Amarillo, Motueka, and Simcoe hops.
  • Everett: American Robust Porter

Current BOTTLES available for onsite consumption:

  • Brother Soigné: Farmstead® Ale brewed with hibiscus, blood orange, and lime. 
  • Anna: Farmstead® ale brewed with raw, Vermont wildflower honey. 
  • Florence: Farmstead® wheat ale.
  • Arthur: Our classic and timeless Farmstead® Ale.

Current GUEST BOTTLES available for onsite consumption:

  • Trou du Diable: Argan - A collaborative brew with our friends at Trou du Diable in Shawinigan, Quebec. Argan is a gluten-reduced saison brewed in February 2014, aged in oak and bottle conditioned.
  • Blaugies: La Vermontoise - A spelt saison brewed with Amarillo hops was made in collaboration with Hill Farmstead.
  • Rotating Guest/Vintage Offering

  • Cheese Plates  - Ibores, Roquefort and Mahon 
  • Olives - In-house Marinated Castelveltrano Olives

     Because the nature of and small volumes for particular beers, we envision the best scenario in which to present and enjoy them to be at the brewery—where they are conceived, crafted and conditioned. With that in mind, and in order to be most fair to our customers, from time to time during normal retail hours, we will release select vintage bottles and extremely small releases like Ann for onsite consumption only. As with most things at our brewery, these random releases are at the whim of our brewers...
